    Cancellation & data retention

Leaving should be as clear as joining. This page explains how to cancel a paid plan, what happens to your health data afterwards, and how long we keep each type of record.

    The short version

Cancel any time, keep the period you paid for

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Plus or Care+ features stay active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to Free automatically.

    Trials end without a charge

Cancel during the 14-day Plus trial and you are never billed. You keep your Free account and every log you made during the trial.

    Refunds

Paid periods are non-refundable in part. If you were charged after cancelling, or a payment was taken in error, email support@emmenia.com within 30 days and we will refund it in full.

    Export before you go

A one-tap export packages your cycle history, symptom logs, medication records and generated reports into a machine-readable file. No approval or waiting period.

How to cancel, export or delete

    1. Cancel a subscription

Open Billing, choose Cancel membership, and confirm. Your plan stays active until the renewal date shown on the card, then reverts to Free. You can restart at any time.

    Go to Billing

    2. Export your data

Open the Privacy Center and request an export. You get every log, report and setting in a structured file you can keep or hand to a clinician.

    Open Privacy Center

    3. Delete your account

Deletion is permanent and separate from cancelling. It removes your health logs, reports and profile. Export first — we cannot recover a deleted account.

    Delete or request erasure

    Data retention schedule

Cancelling a paid plan never deletes your health data — it only changes what features you can use. Data is removed when you delete your account, on the timelines below.
